This club is always clean and bright when I go in. I've never had any problems with staff or registration. Definitely my first choice for club fitness in the Grand Valley.

Since the new owner has taken control, equipment is awesome and the place is just buzzing with energy. No longer need to lose 20 lbs. just to join so you 'fit in' with the people there. Very family oriented and the best aerobics program in Western Colorado. I strongly recommend you check it out. The Day Spa and Salon is absolutely incredible!

This used to be the best work out place in Grand Junction, but it has been going down hill recently. They are failing to update their equipment. They are no longer state of the art. Their hot tub was out of order for over 6 months. It is only out of loyalty that we continue to go there...as we have been members for over 10 years.
