If you wanted to know what you could do in Grand Junction today I would pick up a copy of the Free Press. They have lots of information on what's going on in the Valley. Their articles tend to be more special interest than hard-hitting journalism, but it's okay.

This is great little paper. They carry lots of personal event / celebration information. It's filled with lots of stuff for sale as the ads are quite reasonable. You can pick it up on any corner and keep well informaned abou6t what is happening in the valley.
